1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Ginger Tour Guide Ireland. By accessing our platform, reserving a private itinerary, purchasing digital vouchers, or communicating with our concierge desk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Reservations & Payment Terms
When reserving a tour or custom expedition through our platform, you enter into a binding contract with Ginger Tour Guide Ireland.
- Currency & Taxes: All rates are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable Irish taxes (VAT) unless explicitly specified otherwise.
- Confirmation Payment: Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to confirm private chauffeurs, castle tickets, and guide allocations.
- Price Lock Guarantee: Once payment is received, your tour price is locked and guaranteed against currency fluctuations or price hikes.
3. Standard Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our cancellation policies ensure fair arrangements with private castle estates, dedicated chauffeurs, artisan food partners, and local concierges:
- 14+ Days Notice: Full 100% money-back refund on all eligible tour reservations with no cancellation fees applied.
- 7 to 13 Days Notice: Receive a 50% cash refund or a 100% credit voucher valid for 24 months on future travel.
- Under 7 Days Notice: Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable due to pre-paid private venue and chauffeur commitments.
4. Guest Checkout & Secure Access
To maintain effortless booking, guests may reserve expeditions without registering a permanent account password:
- Secure Token Access: Booking management links and tickets are delivered via encrypted single-use email tokens.
- Link Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your secure access email private and not forwarding token URLs to unauthorized third parties.
5. Verified Reviews & Ratings
We pride ourselves on 100% authentic community feedback. Only travelers who have completed a tour with Ginger Tour Guide may submit reviews. Reviews are authentic, unedited, and never removed for expressing honest negative feedback. Offensive language, personal harassment, or spam will be moderated.
6. Limitation of Liability & Weather Adjustments
Our concierges are highly experienced in navigating Irish weather patterns. In cases of severe coastal storms, flood risks, or force majeure events:
Itinerary Flex Guarantee: Outdoor cliff walks or boat excursions may be seamlessly adjusted to luxury indoor castle tours, artisan distillery tastings, or fireside storytelling experiences. We reserve the right to alter routes to safeguard guest safety.
